It is our goal to get your order together as quickly as possible. However, sometimes orders may take over 7 days. Please understand that if you have chosen one of expedited shipping options (ie Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) this does not affect how long it takes us to prepare your order. This only indicates how long your order will be traveling, once it leaves our facility.

PICKUP ORDERS- pickup orders are usually ready in 1-3 days. If you need it sooner, please feel free to reach out, and we will try and accommodate. For bagged soil pickup orders, please see below.

When your pickup order is ready, we will reach out to you (usually by text), and coordinate a 2 hour pickup appointment window. The time slots available are M-F between 9am and 5pm. After or before hours, or weekend pickups can be arranged, but must be planned at least 2 days in advance. During your pickup appointment, your order will be placed out front under the brown tent, for you to swing by and pick up. Pickup address is 7409 N Highland Ave Tampa, FL 33604

LIVE PLANTS for out of state orders- To be eligible for a refund on live plants, you must choose a shipping option 2 days or faster. We ship Live Plants on out of state orders on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Florida orders of live plants ship Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

If you place your order on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (OUT OF STATE), chances are it will be going out the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Florida orders placed Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, will go out the following week. We do this because by those days, we already have plants pulled and staged, and our week scheduled out. We do not ship later in the week, to avoid live plants shipping over the weekends at all costs.

SEED ORDERS- we bag and prepare our seed packets on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Orders with JUST seeds on them, go out on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

BULK SOIL- after your order comes through the system, we will contact you to arrange the soil delivery. PLEASE NOTE... OUR TRAILER OR DUMP TRUCK IS VERY LARGE AND HEAVY AND HAS A LIMITED TURNING RADIUS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE WITHIN 1.5 FT OF THE EDGE OF THE DRIVEWAY OR THE DRIVEWAY, OR THE AREA YOU DESIGNATE TO HAVE IT DUMPED. IF YOU HAVE PLANTS, GRASS, ARTIFICIAL TURF, SPRINKLER HEADS, OR ANYTHING ELSE WITHIN 1.5 FT OF THE EDGE, IT COULD BE DAMAGED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE UNLESS DUE TO GROSS DRIVER NEGLIGENCE. THE ACTUAL STRUCTURE OF YOUR DRIVEWAY (CONCRETE, SHELL, PAVERS, TURF, ETC) AND ANYTHING WITHIN 1.5FT OF THE DRIVE COULD BECOME CRACKED, SPLIT, BROKEN, DEPRESSED, TRACKED, ETC. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE- THESE THINGS COME WITH THE TERRITORY OF GETTING LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED. If the driver shows up and determines that the soil cannot be safely dumped in the location that you would like at the driver's discretion, they can either dump it where the driver feels safe or the soil will not be delivered and you will still get charged the delivery fee. You would however get a refund on the soil.

BAGGED SOIL- we fill our bagged soil orders every Wednesday. If your order comes in after 4pm on Tuesday, it will be filled the following Wednesday. We will reach out to you after your order comes in, to arrange your pickup.
