It is our goal to get your order together as quickly as possible.  However,  sometimes orders may take over 7 days. 

Please understand that if you have chosen one of expedited shipping options (ie Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) this does not affect how long it takes us to prepare your order. This only indicates how long your order will be traveling, once it leaves our facility.

Pickup orders are usually ready in 2-4 days. If you need it sooner, please feel free to reach out, and we will try and accommodate. For bagged soil pickup orders, please see below.

When your pickup order is ready, we will reach out to you (usually by text), and coordinate a 2 hour pickup appointment window. The time arranged can be 7 days a week, and between 7am-9pm. Your order will be placed out front under the brown tent, for you to swing by and pick up. Pickup address is 7409 N Highland Ave Tampa, FL 33604 – Get Directions.

For Out of State orders, if you place your order on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, chances are it will be going out the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Florida orders placed Sunday or Monday may go out the following week. We do this because by those days, we already have plants pulled and staged, and our week scheduled out. We do not ship later in the week, to avoid live plants shipping over the weekends at all costs.

We bag and prepare our seed packets over the weekend. Orders with just seeds on them, go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Once your order is processed, we will reach out to you to coordinate the delivery of the soil. We kindly request your attention to the following important information: Our trailer or dump truck is large, heavy, and has a limited turning radius. Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for any damage occurring within a 1.5 ft radius from the edge of the driveway or the designated dumping area.

It's important to note that plants, grass, artificial turf, sprinkler heads, or any other items within this 1.5 ft radius may be at risk of damage. Our liability is limited to cases of gross driver negligence. Please be aware that the structure of your driveway (concrete, shell, pavers, turf, etc.) and any items within 1.5 ft of the drive could potentially experience cracks, splits, breaks, depressions, or tracks as a result of large item delivery. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for these outcomes as they are inherent risks associated with such deliveries.

If, upon arrival, the driver determines that it is unsafe to dump the soil in your desired location, they will exercise their discretion to either find a safe alternative or the soil will not be delivered. In the latter case, the delivery fee will still apply.

We fill our bagged soil orders every Wednesday. If your order comes in after 4pm on Tuesday, it will be filled the following Wednesday. Once we fill your bags of soil, we will follow normal pickup protocol as outlined above.
