Armenian Cucumber
Cucumis melo var. flexuosus
They are long, flexible and tastes like cucumber and so called snake-cucumber. They are good source of potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K. It contains dietary fibers and water that helps in indigestion. Best to eat when 12” long and 2” across. Creamy flesh and offers a superb flavor. They can be a tad susceptible to powdery mildew, so make sure you are finishing up before summer rains, or the short, cool days of December.
