Radish-Sparkler White
Raphanus sativus
The nature of the Sparkler radish is that of a typical radish. It has small spheres of thin wiry taproots that are edible. The skin is two-toned, with a rich scarlet red on the top of the roots near the plant's leaves and a creamy white on the bottom. The flesh of the Sparkler radish is transparent white, crisp, and soft at the same time. It has a soft, earthy taste with a touch of sweetness.
