Snowball Cauliflower is a reliable heirloom variety that was developed in France. The heavy yielding plant reaches full maturity in approximately 50-60 days and produces a 4 to 5 pound snow white head. This hardy variety is downy mildew resistant and during the cool weather the leaves will self wrap to protect itself. Cauliflower is a great source of vitamins C, K, B6, folate, and is low in carbs. Use cauliflower as a healthy alternative to rice and as other keto diet substitutes.
