The Lunar White carrot is an open pollinated variety that will reach full maturity in 65-70 days. This variety has been grown since the early 1600's and was originally fed to cattle in Europe. It will produce high yields of moon white carrots that are 6 to 8 in. long and nearly coreless. They have a mild, sweeter taste than the average orange carrot.
