Open Pollinated and 48 days to harvest. This plant produces good yields of flavorful bright green mustard leaves. Delicious greens used in salads, sandwiches, or cooked. High in Vitamin A, B, and C. Excellent freezing and canning variety. This variety bolts slower than other varieties. A traditional Southern favorite. Excellent choice for home gardens.
