Brassica rapa
Dark red leaves with green undersides define this hybrid pak choi. Petioles are light green when fully mature. It tastes great. Add color to a microgreens blend, eat mature leaves, or let this semi-headind variety form a full head. This plant is rich in iron, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin K. Compounds such as iron and zinc are known to help to boost collagen production. It is also good for bone structure and strength.
