This Danvers type carrot will reach 6 to 7 in at full maturity in 60 to 90 days The vibrant sunshine yellow color comes from xanthophylls, a naturally occurring pigment that is reported to be associated with good eye health. This sweet yellow carrot is eye catching at the farmers market and on your plate!
