Description
Tatsoi- Choho, Hybrid
Brassica campestris var Narinosa
This hardy green with round dense leaves and an upright habit, along with Misome and Chijimisai, is one of the hybrids between Komatsuna and Tatsoi. When raw, it has a sweet taste, a lot like spinach, that deepens when cooked. Resistant to White Rust and Downy Mildew, it can be grown all year in mild climates. Also good as a baby leaf. Very resistant to heat.
