This hardy green with round dense leaves and an upright habit, along with Misome and Chijimisai, is one of the hybrids between Komatsuna and Tatsoi. When raw, it has a sweet taste, a lot like spinach, that deepens when cooked. Resistant to White Rust and Downy Mildew, it can be grown all year in mild climates. Also good as a baby leaf. Very resistant to heat.
