A slightly milder, nutty, peppery flavored arugula. Can be harvested young for round smaller, more tender leaves, or later for larger, deeply-lobed greens. The flowers are edible, and make a sweet spicy addition to salads or on top of any dish. This hearty plant is tolerant of both hot and cold weather conditions. It is extremely nutritious. Contains, fiber, phytochemicals, antioxidants, and essential minerals which help detoxify the body. Arugula also contains B vitamins, and is very high in Folate. Not sure what to do with it?
