A constant supply of thick-textured, crinkled, shiny, dark green leaves with a heavy yield. Bloomsdale spinach is a traditional market variety, with large leaves and a nutty taste. It provides a constant bounty and is reluctant to bolt. Begin sowing the first crop in early Fall, and plant in succession 4 or 6 weeks apart for a continuous harvest until early spring.
