Blues Chinese Cabbage is nappa cabbage hybrid. This is a fantastic cabbage to grow in central Florida, summer to late fall, as It's very fast growing (about 55 days to maturity), bolt tolerant, disease resistant, and fungus resistant. It has great flavor and light green leaves with white stems/veins.
