Chinese Cabbage, nappa cabbage is a fantastic barrel head cabbage to grow in central Florida, late summer to early spring. It's very fast growing (about 60-80 days to maturity), bolt tolerant, disease resistant, and fungus resistant. It has great flavor and light green leaves with white stems/veins.
