This eye catching open pollinated variety has a deep purple skin and an orange interior. These carrots can reach a diameter of 2 inches and a length up to 12 in. long at full maturity. I do my last thinning at 45 days for a delicious baby carrot harvest. The flavor can be described as sweet and spicy.
