This vine can reach 3-20 feet tall, but also takes aggressive trimming if you need to keep it under control. The perennial plant is part of the Caprifoliaceae family, also known as the honeysuckles. Following 2-inch bright red flowers that typically bloom from March to June come red berries that vary from red to black.
