Organically grown, this cute Florida native ground cover is a wonderful addition to any garden or lawn. This plant attracts several types of pollinators and is a larval host for multiple butterfly species. Frogfruit is also know as Turkey Tangle and Matchhead- based on its appearance. This plant comes from the Verbenaceae, or verbena family, and grows well in sandy native soil. It is a perennial low-growing ground cover that produces small white and purple flowers, and is often used as a turf replacement.
