Contains high levels of Vitamin K, and moderate levels of beta carotene, also contains vitamin C, calcium, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, and omega-3 fatty acids. This plant gets to be between 1-2 feet tall, and will need to get pinched back regularly to help it branch out and not go to seed. Likes moist, well-draining soil, and long warm summer days.
