Pepper-Bird’s Eye
Capsicum annuum 'Bird's Eye' Chiltepin
They've named Bird's Eye Chili because of their short, circular shape and the fact that they're spread by birds who aren't bothered by the peppers' fire. When mixing in water they may repel insects. They are incredibly potent and have fantastic taste. These plants are fruitful and peppers are good for making hot sauces, chili pastes, by grinding into chili. They're also excellent in stir-fries. This is a shorter plant that the Bird Pepper, making them great for containers.
