This early-maturing cabbage is a vibrant violet purple in color. It'll head up to be between 2-4 lbs of dense red cabbage goodness after about 80-100 days. Purple veggies are not only an attractive addition to a salad, but are known to contain phytonutrients called anthocyanins which are hailed for their disease-fighting benefits.
