The most delicious and stunning beans we have grown yet (sometimes called Asparagus beans or Chinese long beans) . These are deep red with pod size of 18-22 inches, full of nutrition and do well late Spring through Fall. It draws a lot of attention to your home garden. According to USDA Nutrient database they are good source of vitamins (A, C, B1 and B2), iron and many other minerals (magnesium, folate, manganese and phosphorous).
