Robust peppery flavor. It is great used as a spicy salad green, or in a sandwich. Many also like to saute with other greens. Rocket arugula is a cool weather crop, and is not heat tolerant like the Astro arugula. If it's too warm, and it bolts early, you can just harvest and eat the tasty flowers as well. Rocket arugula, much like the astro variety is very easy to grow and contains high amounts of vitamin A, vitamin K, folate, and calcium just to name a few. You may like to know that slightly bitter greens have enormous health benefits that you should not pass up.
