Suiho is a delicious kale/broccoli hybrid from China. It has slightly crinkled green leaves like a kale, and a thick, yet tender, sweet, and crispy stem, reminiscent of broccoli or rapini. Delicious in stir-fries or roasted with olive oil, garlic, and a little lemon juice. Suiho is an incredibly resilient cool season crop (cold and heat tolerant), and all parts of it are absolutely delicious. *Chef's kiss*
