This delightful leafy green has chartreuse foliage. They're a light/bright green color and almost lettuce-like in texture and flavor. Tokyo Bekana's tender ruffled leaves work perfectly to bulk up a salad when the lettuce is too bitter from warmer temperatures. stems are crunchy and juicy - great in stir-fry.
