Turmeric
Curcuma longa
It is derived from turmeric plant. It has a chemical called curcumin that also used to color cosmetics and foods, used as spice. Turmeric is widely used to treat discomfort and inflammation diseases like osteoarthritis. Hay fever, depression, elevated cholesterol, a form of liver disease, and itching are among the conditions for which it is prescribed. Some may use turmeric to treat heartburn, memory loss, inflammatory bowel disease, stress, and a variety of other ailments, although there is no clinical evidence to back up these claims.
