Corn- White Japanese Hulless Popcorn
Zea Mays
This white heirloom variety continues to be a favorite for its delicious flavor and tender quality. This prolific plant bears ears that are about 4" long, which can be dried for popping. It pops into snow-white popcorn with a hull that is very soft, and barely detectable. Corn is a heavy feeder. Keep moist and weed-free. Compost or organic matter will improve growth as well as eliminate most weeds.
