High nitrogen fertilizer derived from all natural organic sources. Can be added directly to your garden beds at a rate of around 1 to 2 lbs per 32 sqft. Goes great with our organic 5-6-6 fertilizer. Whitwam Organics 12-0-0 Bloodmeal can also be added to a garden area to deter rabbits and deer. I have a theory based on anecdotal evidence, but I'm pretty sure that it deters squirrels, too.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE (Secret Formula for raised beds)
Per 32sqft)
Before planting, apply 3lbs of 5-6-6 with 1.5lbs of 12-0-0 for starter gardens(works out to be an 8-4-4), in our 50/50 Compost/Garden Soil, raised bed mix. Mix thoroughly/verticaly into the top 3-4 inches. If the soil is like giant oak logs in a fire, then these granular fertilizers are like the small sticks and logs to your fire.
Immediately after planting, pour over your bed using 1-2 gallons of water, 4oz of Compost Plus, 2oz of Micros Plus, and 4oz of Capacity Plus. These liquids, are like the paper to your fire.
Follow up
(Per 32sqft) using just the Compost Plus at 4oz w/1-2 gallons of water, per week, for 2-4 weeks. Example: If feeding 1 time per week, then 4oz per 32sq ft. If feeding 2x per week then 2oz, and if feeding 4x per week, than 1oz. Essentialy, use the same amount of product per week. More dilute more often is definitely better. Use however much water you can comfortably spread the product out in 32 ft². Do this, for the 1st 2 to 4 weeks after planting. You will know when to stop. Use Compost Plus again during the growing season, if fast growth is what you need from your plants.
Follow up
(Per 32sqft) Every 2 months, apply Micros Plus (2oz) and Capacity Plus (4oz) with 1-2 gallons of water. It's applying every month then go at half the rate.
Follow-up
Re-apply 1/8 to 1/4 of the original application of 5-6-6 every 45 to 90 days or as needed until the end of the growing cycle.
